Gaudreau Family Foundation
Learn-to-Skate/Learn-to-Play Ice Hockey Program Application
Program Information
The Free Learn-to-Skate Program is designed to introduce boys and girls ages 3–12 to the sport of ice hockey in a fun, safe, and supportive environment.
Through the generosity of the Gaudreau Family Foundation and our program partners, all instruction, ice time, and required skating equipment will be provided at no cost to participating families. Participants will receive the equipment necessary to take part in the program and will be taught by Guy Gaudreau and qualified instructors.
Program acceptance is based on eligibility, available program capacity, and review of completed applications.
All sessions will be held at Hollydell Ice Arena in Sewell, NJ. Participants must live within approximately 30-miles of Hollydell to be eligible. Transportation to and from Hollydell is not included with the program award and must be provided by a parent, legal guardian or authorized adult.
A parent/guardian/authorized adult must be present during the on-ice session in case of emergency or if the child is unable to participate for any reason.
Program Dates: All 12 sessions will be held on Thursdays from 5:00-6:00pm. Participants must arrive 30 minutes prior to each session.
